How is Nation Investors different from a Real Estate Agent?
Real Estate Agents make no promises of selling your house. If you have a contract with them and your house sells then they receive a percent of the sales price.
We do not sell houses for you, we want to purchase houses. If a contract is signed between us it is one stating that we will purchase your property according to the contract.
Will you pay market value or retail value?
These terms are vastly overused, especially from individuals who want to list your property in the MLS and then do very little until a contract is accepted. Keep in mind that many other things could happen if considering listing with an agent, like:
- house sell for less then list price
- before someone will close you will need to do repairs – not so if you sell to us
- you continue to pay holding costs – during the sales period you have to pay costs including property taxes
- closing costs – seller side closing costs can account for up to 9% of the final sales value
How much will you pay?
An amount that is a win for both you and for us. The dollar amount depends on the situation including how fast we close and how much work is needed on the property for the average property owner in the area.
Is there a risk or obligation?
No, we will make an offer after we have the information we need and then you can accept or reject it. If you have a property you should submit it today.
